Volkswagen Golf MK2 Body Floor Repair Panel Welded In Dream In The Making

When the floor rots through, you can do a Fred Flintstone impression or get some repair panels from us here at VWPI and get the car back to full health, go back to using the engine, another Dream In The Making.

Here our customer has done just that, repaired and restored using the Body Floor Repair Panels specific for the Golf MK2, next, well the sky is the limit now the floor is fixed. Just living the dream. We can’t wait to see an update and see the full outcome.

Wow we just love this, love the effort and dedication it takes to cut out the old sills, weld in the new, all the prep and paint, it all takes blood sweat and tears, now the car has a new lease of life, more enjoyment and many years are ahead, we’re proud to have helped by suppling the repair panels needed.

Now just to help sort some new bungs and it’s time for our customer to just enjoy!

Everything Starts With A Wish

Once upon a time we and many had a want for parts, new parts or new unfitted NOS parts, a better state than just used parts. Failing hoses, rusting panels, the list went on.

It was evident at meets with like minded Golf owners that we were not alone! That wish and desire and want by many and a few odd parts, gave us inspiration and hope, a wishbone was maybe a sign of a wish once made, it gave hope and belief that there just had to be more somewhere, at some Volkswagen warehouse gathering dust, they just needed rounding up and getting to the masses who need them! We knew 100% as that was the daily experience and ultimately is why we founded, there were few parts and someone needed to do this! Step fourth, our mission was born.

And it all started with a Wishbone! A few odd parts and a big Thanks to BEAMAN, who for whatever reason returned his/her part, never collected it. From the first few NOS parts we found to the vast pallet after pallet we now have weekly and shipped on worldwide to you! and the rest is as they say, history!

Well not quiet, that is the history in a few sentences of how we founded and our mission to date. The rest is now down to you to continue on! Since then and with demand we cover more or less most models.
