We’re always amazed at some of the reviews left for us. Either for the parts or the service.  It makes our day getting a positive review or update and seeing progress on customers cars and even documenting them in our Competence Centre, simply put our competence is a measure of our customers success, and many great successes too!

We do our best, day in day out, and when that is appreciated with kind words, it is so nice to say the least, and the team greatly appreciates your kind words.

Unfortunately we can’t always make all customers happy and therefore you will find negative and neutral feedback amongst the great reviews.  Though we try our best to keep everyone happy, and while always trying to improve our service, there will be occasions when we disagree with a customer, where there is a delay with a delivery, something has been damaged or a customer is generally unhappy with the item or service they have received, and feedback may reflect that, but being less than 1% of our overall feedback it’s clear the vast majority of our customers are very satisfied.
