This turbo recirculation valve is the result of 25 years of experience and engineering expertise. With the reputation for innovating and manufacturing the best automotive valves in the world, you can be certain that there is currently no better replacement valve available.

The Forge turbo recirculation valve features a greater flow rate than the OEM Bosch Valve, as well as a faster response time, due to our revised design.

This valve is available in BLACK or MATTE SILVER, please specify at the checkout which colour you prefer. If no preference is given, BLACK will be supplied.

It is fully customisable to fit your application with two uprated springs provided in the kit. Forge Motorsport’s improvement on the original valve has a compact design, meaning easy fitment under the engine cover.

Did You Know?

This Forge Motorsport valve relies on an internal spring in order to maintain a seal so that you have boost pressure when it is needed. If the spring is too, weak you lose power. Previously, when an engine was “chipped” or the boost pressure increased, the tuner would need to fit a stronger spring, carefully matched to the increased boost. For those running switchable software programs, there was no perfect solution.

Forge are pleased to offer a fit once and forget solution, the FMIPCV. No more changing springs, turning adjusters, or fine-tuning, whilst not knowing if you have done it correctly. This works straight out the box. It will work perfectly on a standard engine, a highly tuned engine, and anywhere in between, without the need to change anything! It does it all by itself, ensuring that you always get the maximum power and perfect drivability.

We recommend all parts are fitted by a qualified mechanic to ensure the correct fitment, though this kit does include fitting instructions

We always strive to use less plastic and constantly review and trial new methods but we also want to ensure the safe arrival of parts. Please reuse or recycle packaging.

Legislations: We support, contribute and comply with country specific requirements such as the German Packaging Act VerpackG when placing packaging materials onto the market and the California P65 warnings are present on current production parts known to contain lead such as stero crystal displays.

Recycle: We recycle the bulk of our own waste from oil to cardboard via approved recyclers only and encourage you to reuse or dispose of old parts and packaging only in accordance with local regulations.
Exc parts on exchange where you must return the old part to us as stated, these parts are then recycled or even refurbished by the manufacturer.
