In the first instance of any problems or to request a return,  please contact a staff member, via email or live chat so we can advise the procedure to follow.

Please inform us within 14 days of receipt of goods of any intentions to return a part/s, parts must be returned to us within 30 days from the day of receipt, any returns after this time may not be accepted or will be at our discretion.

If a return is required we ask that parts are returned, in an unused/unfitted condition, in the original packaging. They must reach back to us in a new and re-saleable condition, or exactly as sent/received.

Return the goods to the address provided, your refund or replacement will be processed within 2 working days of receipt.

Parts must be returned to us within 30 days from the day of receipt, any returns after this time may not be accepted or will be at our discretion.

All return postage is to be met by the buyer, unless we have made a mistake or there is a fault with the part, then we are happy to cover postage on a like for like postage service. i.e. the same service as we sent the parts to you.

Before Returning any parts;

Please contact us if you need to return a part, we can help and assist with any issue you may be having and a return may not be needed after all, we help customers every day via live chat.  If a return is needed then we can communicate much easier by messages or phone and may be able to agree an exchange for the right part, a new part or a refund.

Please note all new & used items are security marked or labelled and/or in sealed packaging and will be appropriately checked upon return before a refund is made.

Refunds will be made within 48 hours/2 working days of us receiving a returned item, this allows us time to check and inspect any items if needed.
