Milltek’s Latest Development Now Included – Cast Large Bore Downpipe

      • All new downpipes will feature fully CAD designed and optimised casting that is made from 304 stainless steel.
      • The new range will also benefit from improved flow rates due to the superior design as well as better thermal management properties over the traditional downpipe designs previously offered.
      • In addition, all downpipes will now feature “OEM” style soft flexi sections to improve durability and reduce the transfer of unwanted noise, harshness or vibration into the cabin.

Milltek Sport exhausts are made from high-quality type 304 aircraft-grade stainless steel that is anti-magnetic and is less susceptible to discolouration. This quality of stainless steel is used on all pipework and the total construction of silencers.

By fitting Milltek exhaust components you can rest assured that these are very high quality, high-performance parts that will in most cases outlive the car

  • You will notice large gains in performance and throttle response

Mandrel bending ensures full flow bends for better gas flow and Milltek systems are increased in bore to ensure ultimate performance without the loss of mid-range torque.

Cast Large Bore Downpipe & Sports Cat system SSXAU381 includes:

  • MSVAG05: Cast Large Bore Downpipe 200cell HJS Catalyst (Replaces MSAU616)
  • MSAU617: Front Connecting Pipe

We always strive to use less plastic and constantly review and trial new methods but we also want to ensure the safe arrival of parts. Please reuse or recycle packaging.

Legislations: We support, contribute and comply with country specific requirements such as the German Packaging Act VerpackG when placing packaging materials onto the market and the California P65 warnings are present on current production parts known to contain lead such as stero crystal displays.

Recycle: We recycle the bulk of our own waste from oil to cardboard via approved recyclers only and encourage you to reuse or dispose of old parts and packaging only in accordance with local regulations.
Exc parts on exchange where you must return the old part to us as stated, these parts are then recycled or even refurbished by the manufacturer.
