Note fog light bulb needs moving depending on your region requirements, simply move the bulb to the other side and remove the flap/bulb cover on the housing and cover the other side.

(Several Sets have been sent out safely so far but with courier policy’s not covering these items, the below has been written and is fair in the event of damages occurring).

No Insurance/Courier Cover Policy/ VW Parts International Policy; By Purchasing this item we and the buyer agree to the below;

No Courier will cover these items in the event of damages (glass/plastic lights). Thus,  we are hereby making a legally binding agreement with the buyer, to share damage costs, this is a mutually agreed cover that is as follows;

We honour to check prior to packaging the quality and do our utmost with packaging, using appropriate and sufficient protection same as we have sent many sets! but damages are possible while within the courier/delivery network.

Buyer honours, Upon receipt of parcel, please inspect. If Damages have occurred;  Any damages must be reported to us at once (ideally within 3hrs so courier can return if needed) with clear pictures showing the damage and packaging as found.  If box is noticeably damaged, please sign as damaged, we may be able to claim if it has been mis handled though often a claim for glass or plastic lights will be rejected, we can at least try.

At our discretion; We will share the loss exactly 50/50 of item cost with buyer, buyer is to meet all shipping costs. (non recoverable).

If pictures don’t show damages or we suspect any foul play, items will be required to be returned before any refund decision is taken.

We will do our best to ensure safe arrival.

We aim to use more paper based products, i.e paper bags instead of snap bags, paper tapes instead cellotape, stretchy paper weave instead of bubble wrap or bubble wrap made with recycled materials, all where possible and use thicker cardboard for panels or paper outer bubble bags for small items, panels still need strong cellotape, gafer tape and sometimes bubble wrap is needed for fragile or rarer nos parts...
We always strive to use less plastic and constantly review and trial new methods but we also want to ensure the safe arrival of parts. Please reuse or recycle packaging.

Legislations: We support, contribute and comply with country specific requirements such as the German Packaging Act VerpackG when placing packaging materials onto the market and the California P65 warnings are present on current production parts known to contain lead such as stero crystal displays.

Recycle: We recycle the bulk of our own waste from oil to cardboard via approved recyclers only and encourage you to reuse or dispose of old parts and packaging only in accordance with local regulations.
Exc parts on exchange where you must return the old part to us as stated, these parts are then recycled or even refurbished by the manufacturer.
