Forge is pleased to present the all-new Twintercooler for the Golf 2.0 L FSIT, also fits the ed30.

Note: This product is made to order with a production lead time of 1-8weeks.

This groundbreaking innovation features our unique twin-core design which has added greater efficiency throughout the entire RPM band beyond that of a single core setup. Forge has achieved this by using the latest core technology with high flow end tank designs to achieve a huge reduction in inlet temperatures.

Forge spent many months testing various designs and the Twintercooler design emerged as the clear winner. This is a bolt-on kit that retains the use of the OEM intercooler to produce both horsepower AND torque, but more importantly, a HUGE reduction in inlet temperatures and increased flow efficiency.

A reduction in temperatures of up to 20°C from 102 to 82 at 6600 RPM! While the horsepower figures themselves are impressive enough, this will undoubtedly vary from car to car under various circumstances, but such a large reduction in inlet temps. is difficult to achieve.

Please note: We can now confirm that if your vehicle has been supplied to “Hot Climate specification” and has the extra radiator in the front of the wheel arch our intercooler upgrade WILL fit your car.

We always strive to use less plastic and constantly review and trial new methods but we also want to ensure the safe arrival of parts. Please reuse or recycle packaging.

Legislations: We support, contribute and comply with country specific requirements such as the German Packaging Act VerpackG when placing packaging materials onto the market and the California P65 warnings are present on current production parts known to contain lead such as stero crystal displays.

Recycle: We recycle the bulk of our own waste from oil to cardboard via approved recyclers only and encourage you to reuse or dispose of old parts and packaging only in accordance with local regulations.
Exc parts on exchange where you must return the old part to us as stated, these parts are then recycled or even refurbished by the manufacturer.
