Uprated Silicone boost hose kit for the VW T5 1.9TDI 2003-2010 84bhp and 102bhp
This kit comprises of four silicone hoses complete with CNC alloy couplers and the highest quality stainless steel clamps. These hoses will withstand greater temperatures and pressures compared with the OEM hoses and they look fantastic.
Available in BLUE, REDor BLACK. Please specify at the checkout which colour you prefer. If no preference is given, BLACK will be supplied.
The hoses replace the two intercooler hoses, throttle body hose, and the turbo outlet hose.
The Forge silicone hoses in this kit have been designed to include an expensive inner liner of modified silicone known as Fluorosilicone.
This means the hoses are suitable to be used with either modern long-life coolants, Organic Acid Technology coolants (O.A.T.) or air containing oil mist.
The construction of the hoses has been engineered to exceed that of the OEM fitments and will enhance any engine bay both technically and aesthetically
The use of a Fluorosilicone liner ensures that Forge silicone hoses are the clear market leader.

Packaging: We aim to use more paper based products, i.e paper bags instead of snap bags, paper tapes instead cellotape, stretchy paper weave instead of bubble wrap or bubble wrap made with recycled materials, all where possible and use thicker cardboard for panels or paper outer bubble bags for small items, panels still need strong cellotape, gafer tape and sometimes bubble wrap is needed for fragile or rarer nos parts...
We always strive to use less plastic and constantly review and trial new methods but we also want to ensure the safe arrival of parts. Please reuse or recycle packaging.
Legislations: We support, contribute and comply with country specific requirements such as the German Packaging Act VerpackG when placing packaging materials onto the market and the California P65 warnings are present on current production parts known to contain lead such as stero crystal displays.
Recycle: We recycle the bulk of our own waste from oil to cardboard via approved recyclers only and encourage you to reuse or dispose of old parts and packaging only in accordance with local regulations. Exc parts on exchange where you must return the old part to us as stated, these parts are then recycled or even refurbished by the manufacturer.
