Brand New Genuine OEM VW Part
Fussy as we all are, yes we care greatly about quality, these are prone to a small scuff, we’ve rejected several due to scratches, the bolts on back seem to scuff the next one when stacked closely, really.., nobody else seems to notice but us..
But here noted as a b grade, it is a brand new part but with a very very minor mark or 2 that nobody should worry about :)
To be clear and upfront we have pictured closely the small scuffs, marks, scratches, whatever you want to call it, it is not mint 100% because of that and as we would expect a new part to be unless new old stock, so we are listing as B grade, A/B grade. A as new and B due to the slight damage. Hardly much to worry about and we do agree parts are better used than scrapped for minor marks. Polish should sort it, or texture paint and a fine haired artist brush.

We aim to use more paper based products, i.e paper bags instead of snap bags, paper tapes instead cellotape, stretchy paper weave instead of bubble wrap or bubble wrap made with recycled materials, all where possible and use thicker cardboard for panels or paper outer bubble bags for small items, panels still need strong cellotape, gafer tape and sometimes bubble wrap is needed for fragile or rarer nos parts...
We always strive to use less plastic and constantly review and trial new methods but we also want to ensure the safe arrival of parts. Please reuse or recycle packaging.
Legislations: We support, contribute and comply with country specific requirements such as the German Packaging Act VerpackG when placing packaging materials onto the market and the California P65 warnings are present on current production parts known to contain lead such as stero crystal displays.
Recycle: We recycle the bulk of our own waste from oil to cardboard via approved recyclers only and encourage you to reuse or dispose of old parts and packaging only in accordance with local regulations.
Exc parts on exchange where you must return the old part to us as stated, these parts are then recycled or even refurbished by the manufacturer.
