For the Seat Leon 2.0 L and Leon Cupra 2.0 litre TFSI engines, there is one sure way to improve on the charge air cooling by using the Forge “twintercooler.” This groundbreaking innovation features our unique twin-core design which has added greater efficiency throughout the entire RPM band beyond that of a single core setup. Forge has achieved this by using the latest core technology with high flow end tank designs to achieve a huge reduction in inlet temperatures.

Forge spent many months testing various designs and the Twintercooler design emerged as the clear winner. This is a bolt-on kit that retains the use of the OEM intercooler to produce both horsepower AND torque, but more importantly, a HUGE reduction in inlet temperatures and increased flow efficiency. A reduction in temps of up to 20°C from 102 to 82 at 6600 RPM! While the horsepower figures themselves are impressive enough (this may vary from car to car under various circumstances), such a large reduction in inlet temperatures clearly shows this intercoolers ability. Once again we have a Forge product that truly is Engineered for performance.

  • The unique Forge Silicon hoses supplied in the “Twintercooler “ kit were designed on Solid works and have been created to include an expensive inner liner of modified silicone known as Flurosilicone.
  • This liner means that the hoses are suitable for use with modern long-life coolants, Organic Acid Technology coolants (O.A.T.) and oil mist.
  • The use of a Flurosilicone liner ensures that Forge silicone hoses are the best, longest-lasting, and preferred choice of the discerning car enthusiasts.

The hoses are available in Red, Blue or Black. Please state at checkout which colour you require. If no colour is specified then Black will be sent. 

We recommend all parts are fitted by a qualified mechanic to ensure the correct fitment, though this kit does include fitting instructions

Some exclusions apply. i.e Touch up paint can not be shipped, but oil up to 1 Litre can be shipped.

Packaging:
We aim to use more paper based products, i.e paper bags instead of snap bags, paper tapes instead cellotape, stretchy paper weave instead of bubble wrap or bubble wrap made with recycled materials, all where possible and use thicker cardboard for panels or paper outer bubble bags for small items, panels still need strong cellotape, gafer tape and sometimes bubble wrap is needed for fragile or rarer nos parts...
We always strive to use less plastic and constantly review and trial new methods but we also want to ensure the safe arrival of parts. Please reuse or recycle packaging.

Legislations: We support, contribute and comply with country specific requirements such as the German Packaging Act VerpackG when placing packaging materials onto the market and the California P65 warnings are present on current production parts known to contain lead such as stero crystal displays.

Recycle: We recycle the bulk of our own waste from oil to cardboard via approved recyclers only and encourage you to reuse or dispose of old parts and packaging only in accordance with local regulations.
Exc parts on exchange where you must return the old part to us as stated, these parts are then recycled or even refurbished by the manufacturer.
