VIAIR’s Ultra Duty Onboard Air System is a pre-packaged compressed air solution that provides an industry-leading, 200 PSI rated 100% duty cycle 480C compressor, 2.5-gallon air tank, and all components needed to install a working, reliable system.

There are a number of useful applications and uses for a Viair onboard air supply system.

These can include, tyre inflation, the mobile use of any air tools, (for example, a tyre fitter, or a mobile mechanic), air horns, managing air locking differentials, or an air suspension system.

Whatever your application or use, you can rely on a Viair Onboard Air System, every time, all the time.

Please Note:

Use thread sealant for proper installation.

Teflon tape is not recommended.

Properly sealed, recommended torque for 1/8″ is 10 ~ 11 ft. lbs.

Recommended torque for 1/4″ and 3/8″ is 16 ~ 18 ft. lbs.

Shipping.

Some exclusions apply. i.e Touch up paint can not be shipped, but oil up to 1 Litre can be shipped.

Sometimes bubble wrap is needed.. We strive to use less plastic and constantly review and trial new methods.
We support and comply with country specific requirments such as the German Packaging Act VerpackG when placing packaging materials onto the market and the California P65 warnings are present on current production parts known to contain lead such as crystal displays.
Recycle We recycle the bulk of our own waste from oil to cardbaord to approved recyclers only and encourage you to reuse or dispose of old parts and packaging only in accordance with local regulations.
Exc parts on exchange where you must return the old part to us as stated, these parts are then recycled or even refurbished by the manufacturer.
