The UP Bandee is ideal if you are a sporty runner, it has 2 outer velcro pockets, the 1 with clear window is further lashed to the bandee with a strong clip, we assume for security! So you can pull it off to adjust without it being loose. The Bandee is joined with a massive piece of velcro and has a further 2 zipped pockets on the reverse. The outer window case can be unvelcro’d and unclipped.
