Introducing the GTI Thermo Mug. By Volkswagen Design. If you’re regularly out and about travelling, the Thermo Mug is an ideal compliment for your daily journeys, for use at work or leisure alike.
The GTI logo takes the main stage on a matte black powder-coated finish while also featuring the precise co ordinates of the wedding of the GTI engine and body, a very special location you might agree!
‘Made by Volkswagen’ also appears in the bottom line. The vacuum inside the double walls of the cup ensures that the beverage stays at the same temperature, whether warm or cold. After use, there may be some liquid left in the lid of the thermos cup. This can leak out if the cup is tilted, so we recommend sipping with the lid closed to make sure it is empty.
Great for tea, coffee or even iced tea and iced coffee or squash. Keeps it hot or keeps it cool.
The Thermo Mug itself is made of a chunky feeling solid machined metal, so may better tolerate drops and knocks, unlike glass or plastic. (although it’d damage the paint work but point noted it’s a very solid item.)

Although dishwasher safe, we recommend from our own use to handwash soon after use, for longevity and to ensure the lid is rinsed and drained ready for use. Hand dry to avoid water stains and leave lid at an angle to fully drain any rinsing.
Safety First. Please note while many may employ cup holders to securely hold, it can be dangerous to try and drink any drink while driving, please do so with safety first, by pulling over to take a quick rest and a refreshing drink. A few seconds to pull over, really doesn’t delay a journey that much and can mean the difference between full concentration on the road ahead and a lapse of concentration even momentarily.
