So in an effort to keep the older VR6 going and being rebuilt/repaired, we had these custom made with improvements made to the material, the chosen material has superior Heat Resistant properties, this type of material is used in extreme performance hot applications and aviation/aerospace applications!

Please check which throttle body you have before purchase! as there are 2 types!

There is a large throttle body (as pictured above) and small throttle body.  Corrado 2.9 VR6 and early Golf MK3 2.8 VR6 have the larger type and often people have upgraded to the larger, but please note the later Golf MK3 VR6 have the smaller Throttle Body. (see our shop for the smaller gasket)

Sometimes bubble wrap is needed.. We strive to use less plastic and constantly review and trial new methods.
We support and comply with country specific requirments such as the German Packaging Act VerpackG when placing packaging materials onto the market and the California P65 warnings are present on current production parts known to contain lead such as crystal displays.
Recycle We recycle the bulk of our own waste from oil to cardbaord to approved recyclers only and encourage you to reuse or dispose of old parts and packaging only in accordance with local regulations.
Exc parts on exchange where you must return the old part to us as stated, these parts are then recycled or even refurbished by the manufacturer.
