Replace your worn, brittle & failed wiring conduit with New Genuine OEM VW Wiring Loom Conduit, with a split on one side, installation is simple, carefully remove the old conduit, inspecting wires as you go and put the new conduit on after re-wrapping with loom tape.

Wiring conduit plays a crucial role in reducing the hot temperatures faced by the wiring/cables. Once the conduit fails, next will be the individual cables sheathing and then possibly fire.

Not only does conduit protect the wiring, with this dazzling fresh Black finish, it will also add a touch of style aka ‘Engine Dress’ to your engine bay.

Quantity of cables really depends on the diameter of the individual cables and the quality of the loom pre wrap.

Notes:

Gentle handling of older cables/wiring looms is recommended, rough handling may cause damage as cable can be very brittle after years of heat/environment exposure. Handle with great care, If possible do one piece of loom at a time for far easier fault finding later!

A Ratchet extension bar 3/8″ or 1/4″ or similar type tool helps to open the conduit wide enough to then slip the corrugated conduit over the cables without damaging either the cables nor corrugated tube, we find this also helps prevent creasing of the tubing. Follow ahead a cm or 2 with the bar, while slipping in the loom/cables, re wrapping the loom all nicely prior to installing the conduit, really helps with the install.

Opening/slit of tubing should be faced away from heat source and slightly away from rain direction so water doesn’t pool if it enters.  Ends should be secured with end pieces with preference given to Tee or Y pieces where needed though not all models came with Tee or Y adaptors and simply terminate with end pieces.

Recycle We recycle the bulk of our own waste from oil to cardbaord to approved recyclers only and encourage you to reuse or dispose of old parts and packaging only in accordance with local regulations.
Exc parts on exchange where you must return the old part to us as stated, these parts are then recycled or even refurbished by the manufacturer.
