We endeavour to provide as much detail in our listing descriptions as possible and to the best of our knowledge. The descriptions may not include part numbers and may also include generic fitment information, this is due to various reasons such as unknown factory options or limited information from the supplier.

As such please read all information carefully, particularly read important notes in the description, and do not rely solely on title or compatibility information, which, at best, is often a guide and not conclusive. Titles, are on the whole, accurate, but may contain keywords which could lead one to assume fitment suitability.

We shall endeavour to supply the part as pictured and described, unless stated otherwise in the listing description. If you have any questions or seek any clarify regarding fitment and compatibility please email or contact us via live chat BEFORE purchase.

Should you purchase an incorrect item, due to making assumptions based on the above any returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Much like buying the wrong size shoes, even though the shoe size may be stated and correct size, not all feet are the same size, car parts can be similarly compared for simplicity, as each model has different axle weights or engine sizes and factory options of which we can not always pre determine.

Should an incorrect or faulty part be sent then we shall obviously rectify this situation via the returns/refund process and shall issue a returns label or reimburse return shipping as necessary. Should an incorrect purchase be made due to an assumption being made or not reading the listing correctly or seeking clarification of fitment then the return shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. We do our best to resolve any errors on our part and expect buyers to likewise do the same, should they have bought in error.

In short; Ask before buying if unsure or the part number is not stated, we can also check a VIN if asked for many parts, though can not clarify fitment in all cases and may ask you to check additional information such as engine size or axle weights.

Good communication is one aspect of our highly rated customer services, so please feel welcome to start the conversation before buying as we can often help to ensure parts are correct for your car.a

Long and short is, the buyer takes full responsibility for ensuring the item bought is correct for their application, we take responsibility for the item description, if we describe the part/product and fitment in detail, if the data has been provided and interpreted by us (often we state the fitment as a manufacturer does), then this will be jointly assumed by us and the manufacturer. The above may not always be the case if there is a product quality issue, in such rare cases we, along with the manufacturer, will endeavour to resolve the situation, otherwise a refund of the full original product/part purchase price will be issued once the parts have been returned, if agreed. We may also refund any shipping costs associated with the parts/products, we do not cover any installation or removal costs.

1. Contact

In the first instance of any problems or to request a return, please contact a staff member, via email or live chat. We are keen to help.

You have 14 days starting from point of receipt of goods to notify us of any intentions to return a part/s. Parts must be returned to us within 30 days from the day of receipt, any returns after this time will not be accepted.

2. Return

If you do need to return a part, all we ask is that parts are returned in an unused/unfitted condition, in the original packaging with all included items. They must reach back to us in a new and re-saleable condition, or exactly as we sent it and as you received it. The only exception to this is for parts damaged on arrival, which must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt.

3. Get the Refund or Replacement

Return the goods to the address provided on your invoice, your refund or replacement will be processed within 2 working days of receipt.

Return Shipping

All return postage is to be met by the buyer, unless we have made a mistake by shipping the wrong part or there is a fault/damage with the part, (now and then these things happen right? we’re all capable of the odd error, buyer and seller) then we are happy to cover postage on a like for like postage service. i.e. the same service as we sent the parts to you.

Hey, No Free Returns? It’s so much easier than debating who’s at fault.

Yes it may be easier, but we do not offer Free Returns. (In reality, Free returns ultimately mean higher prices for everyone, which we disagree with, few actual errors and few returns mean it would be a waste of money as it costs to have ‘free returns’ enrolled with every order. Enough to cost a small fortune, which in turn means higher prices and less investment in parts which goes against our grain.

As a buyer you can help before purchase, we get on really great with our customers, so chat before buying, it also helps to know exactly what part you’re buying or need, ask before if unsure or even if 99% sure, that is the best way to get what you need, first time every time.

We also highly recommend having a workshop manual or access to one and ensuring you or your mechanic follows one, not doing so can lead to the wrong parts being bought or installed of which we take no responsibility for, as it is detailed in the manuals and parts diagrams as to what parts are needed, often with part numbers and critical instructions as to torque and procedures of install all highly detailed.

There really is no excuse for working on a vehicle without following the workshop guide, and will also lead to a higher chance of needing to return parts or worse, damaging the vehicle or related parts.

There is an emphasis on the buyer to know what it is they are buying, technical data/title/description error or human error or buyer error can lead to wrong parts, always follow workshop manuals for precision to back up your knowledge.

Who is Eligible for Finance?

Applying for an instalment plan is similar to applying for a new credit card. The details you provide are checked against public registers, such as credit-rating agencies. To increase the chances of acceptance, ideally, you will have a good credit history – (no late payments, CCJ’s, etc) – and meet the following minimum criteria:

Be a UK resident
Be over 18 years of age
Have 3 years of UK address history
Be working at least 16 hours per week
Have a valid phone number and email address
Delivery address must be to the address you put on your finance application (billing address).

How Do I Apply?
